Early Intervention:

Carolyn predominantly works with babies and children 0 - 6years within their natural environments - home, child-care, kindergarten/school. This enables a best-practise approach to therapy whereby Carolyn can partner with parents and teachers to implement therapy and meaningful strategies. Carolyn can see clients who are private paying or accessing a rebate scheme such as:

• Enhanced Primary Care Plan - GP referral (gap applies).

• NDIS - self and plan-managed participants

• Private Health - please check with your insurer for rebates (gap applies).

All Paediatric services are charged at the current NDIS rate for Paediatric Occupational Therapy of $193.99 per hour.

Initial Occupational Therapy Assessment - 1hr.

1hr + 15 minutes non-face to face time for medical record documentation

Occupational Therapy Session - 45 minutes

45 minutes in duration + 15 minutes non-face to face time for medical record documentation

$193.99

Non-face to face Services Billed by the Hour

All therapist time is billed by the hour at $193.99 & will be discussed prior to billing.

A personalised quote can be provided by Carolyn prior to service, including service schedule.

(Non face to face time includes: travel, writing reports, completing forms & assessment scoring)

Perinatal & Parent Support

Appointments are held in clinic in Stirling, Adelaide Hills or via telehealth. It is recommended that toddlers/young children do not attend these appointments where possible, to ensure that the parent/carer can relax and engage fully in the session. Babes in arms are welcome.

Includes Sensory Processing Assessment and scoring - (Minimum initial session + follow-up required for Sensory processing Assessment to allow for intervention plan and modification of strategies).

For Assessment results, development of graded program, sensory routine and tailoring of recommendations.
